How to complete the Sign-up form

E-mail Address

This is your primary email address. This address will be used to contact you for account verification, set-up, and for internal communications if necessary.

First and Last Name

The legal name of the person who owns this account.

Website URL

The Internet address to the member website.
This field is optional but it is recommended to be completed for security purposes.

Business Name

If author operations are conducted as a business, enter the name of the business here.

City
Country
Postal Code

Physical street address where member resides or conduct operations from. This address will be used to send payments to if the appropriate method of payment is selected and is mandatory for account activation and security purposes.

Payment

The method you chose to be paid. Select the preferred method from the list.
We will use this method to pay to you the balances from sales.
If the method of preference is not listed, select Other from the list and enter it on the Other field. Otherwise leave it blank.
If you select Other, the account will not be activated until we agree with you on the method of payment.

Pay To

Enter the account or information necessary for payments.

If you selected PayPal, enter here your email address registered with PayPal to receive payments.

If you selected DirectPay, enter here your email address registered with DirectPay to receive payments.

If you selected Credit Card, enter here the link you use for sending your customers to your credit card processor company along with your account number.
If you process credit cards yourself through your company, enter the link to your secure server.

If you selected Check, enter here where you want the check to be made payable to you or to your business by entering Name or Business. The payment will be sent to the address supplied on top of the form and it will be made payable to the supplied name.

The same as Check applies if you selected Money Order.
