ArtDesk protects members and users from fraud with the Buyer and Seller Protection Guarantee.
	Seller Protection
		We protect sellers against fraudulent purchases by withholding notice of purchase until payment is actually received. In this way our members never get a sale notice before the money is in as opposite to other automated collection methods. Authors can further protect themselves by shipping products with services that provide package tracking, keeping receipts and properly linking them to each customer for an extended period of time.
	Buyer Protection
		We offer a 30 day purchase protection guarantee to all sales done through ArtDesk. This works by withholding payments to members for up to 30 days. Authors are required to ship sold products immediately after sale notice is received and contact the buyer with a receipt notice and shipping/tracking information. Payment is sent to author/member after the period of guarantee is fulfilled.
	Author's Benefits
		ArtDesk software is free Anyone can download and use ArtDesk without paying a dime for it. No purchase is necessary. Purchases of artwork imprinted products are not required. Sell your imprinted products online By allowing users to see your artwork on their own computers desktops, ArtDesk enhances your products exposure to the world wide audience and sales can be produces directly from the program interface. No upfront costs for ArtDesk services After opening a member account with ArtDesk you can submit as many links to your artwork as you want without paying anything. There is no payment required to open an account. Protection against credit card fraud Payments for purchases are deposited to your ArtDesk account. Once the money is actually in, you receive a sale notice with all the details necessary for you to contact the buyer and to ship their purchase. If payment was generated as product of a fraudulent transaction, you will not have to deal with it, we'll do. The lowest credit card processing fees 3% + $0.30 is the lowest fee you can get for an online credit card processing with no hassles and the convenience of ArtDesk services.
